What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major forms of electronic payment, PayPal and upon approval checks or money orders. For checks or money orders instruction on payment will be given at the time of approval.

How long will delivery take?

We will make every attempt to ship on the same day of order for in stock purchases. Special orders and engraved or customized items must be made first and will usually state the delivery time on those products….if we missed please let us know.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes! We use a secure socket layer to protect all of your information. We will also never sell or give your information to anyone for any reason!

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email order confirmation and we will get started packing or getting your order made.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email with the order detail and payment. If an invoice is necessary for business bookkeeping we will gladly provide an emailed invoice. We do not mail invoices except in pre-arranged cases.
